Performance Tire Service Company provides racing tires to teams at racing events all throughout the United States. the 56,000 s.f. facility provides economical, secure spaces for offices, tire conditioning & warehousing, shipping, and exterior trailer storage. The lower office portion of the structure consists of a conventional steel frame surrounded with a metal studs, E.F.I.S., and storefront material exterior skin. the larger Warehouse, shipping, & mezzanine portion of the structure consists of steel framing with a pre-finished, tilt-up, precast concrete exterior bearing wall. This approach proved to be a rapid, economical means for enclosing space & reducing construction costs.
