Harold Sark & Associates was commissioned to re-design the exterior and interior of an existing 12,000 sq. ft. Hardware Store. The existing building had to undergo several structural and architectural changes to conform to the new standards set by the Client including a 4,000 sq. ft. addition. The new design also required the main entry to be relocated to an adjacent side as well as a new covered drop off canopy. The parking lot was re-designed to accomodate the new entry, drop off canopy, and new loading dock. The project was a success and is currently in use.
