The Home Owner(Our Client) purchased this home with the caveat the much renovation was required. They were downsizing from a larger home, however, there were some room sizes the Client needed to maintain. Harold Sark & Associates was contracted and delighted to assist in the design and development of their very special project.

The design program required a complete interior and exterior renovation with a strong "Frank Lloyd Wright" influence. As you can see in the before and after pictures above, many elements were added to the fascade to accomplish our mission. To satisfy the interior space requirements, some swuare footage was added to the rear of the home. In a collaborative effort between Client, Builder and Architect, we successfully achieved our ultimate goal.
